The 1980’s office block underwent a full replacement of the existing façade; a dramatic reconfiguration of the existing atrium and the main entrance; reconfiguration of existing floor space to optimise the use of basement, ground floor and office areas and the introduction of open roof terraces plus the addition of an extra floor.
