The project comprised of the conversion and refurbishment works at the former Camden Town Hall Annexe. A 1970s concrete framed building that was to become a 270 bedroom luxury boutique hotel over 184,000 sq ft.
Works included a part demolition of the existing building, including rooftops and significant structural reconfiguration including the removal of an existing stair core and addition of floors, for which we again supplied all scaffold and access solutions over the entirety of the project.
